The Medal Chairman solicits ideas from members of the Chicago Coin Club for the design of the Official Convention Medal, and forwards them to ANA headquarters. Since the ANA produces and pays for the medal, their decision as to design is final.

The ANA has extended the design ideas deadline to March 1, 2010, so we are taking design ideas until Wednesday, February 17, one week after the regular February club meeting.

Although the ANA convention in Chicago is 20 months away, our local committee has to submit designs for the convention medal by February 1.
The Medal Committee is looking for drawings and ideas suitable for a medal about 1.5 inches in diameter. Please mail them to:
