Chicago Volunteers Manager | — | Carl Wolf |
Welcome to the main page for the Chicago Volunteers Manager of the 2011 ANA Anniversary Convention. Please bookmark this page, and return often to see our progress.
The Chicago Volunteers Manager (“Volunteers Chairman”) recruits good, dependable workers and manages schedules so that everyone knows each day where he or she is to be at any given time. This position will be responsible for our local volunteers only, not the National Volunteers who do their own coordination. This person assists the General Chairman in obtaining volunteers, and also runs appropriate scheduling software on a laptop at the show, providing everyone with their daily assignments.

Needed: 80-100 volunteers to donate a few hours during the convention
We started a contact list of local people who might be able to volunteer for 2 to 4 hours during the convention. Joining the contact list is not committing you to appear — the convention is too far away and life is too unexpected for that. A few months before the convention, people on the list will be offered a range of tasks and times; scheduling and other details will follow.
